As a result, the app returns all documents containing these <strong>search terms separately<\/strong>. It is not relevant here whether they are next to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To find directly <strong>adjacent search terms<\/strong>, place these terms in quotation marks, e.g. <code>&quot;Hans Zimmer&quot;<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the <strong>end of the search term is variable<\/strong>, the rest of a search term can be marked with an <strong>*<\/strong> asterisk, e.g. <code>Baum*<\/code>. This would then find all word variations beginning with <code>Baum <\/code>, e.g. <code>Baumhaus <\/code>or <code>Baumstamm<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep specific <strong>characters in the search term variable<\/strong>, the relevant characters can be replaced by a <strong>?<\/strong> question mark, e.g. <code>26??1<\/code>. For a quick search, a&#xA0;<strong>word stem reduction&#xA0;<\/strong>(stemming). This means that words are shortened internally. The app automatically ignores endings such as&#xA0;<code>en<\/code>&#xA0;or&#xA0;<code>ing<\/code>&#xA0;in the background. Furthermore, the search engine separates terms based on&#xA0;<strong>special characters<\/strong>, so that the search based on dates or special character combinations of technical numbers does not return the desired search result.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use search suggestions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lists also appear as search suggestions in the dialog for entering search terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Last simple searches<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After logging in to the app, completed searches are offered for reuse in the search dialog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Last simple searches list shows the terms searched for. The number next to the terms indicates the number of recent hits. Under the search terms per entry, it is displayed whether the search was last carried out as a global search or in a folder (with folder name).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol
